Millia Educational Trust (MET), Purnea was established in 1983, registered under Societies Registration Act21, 1860 under Article 29,30 (i) of the Indian Constitution.
Millia Educational Trust under the benevolent and dynamic leadership of Dr. Asad Imam (Founder Director) a renowned educationist, philanthropist and a man with a vision and mission of spreading education across the length and breadth of the region and beyond.
Under the guidance of honourable Director, the team of Millia Educational Trust is having a group of renowned professionals and experienced Educationists, Lawyers, Engineers and Doctors.
It is the firm belief of our Director and members the Trust, that youth in India need to be provided a greater as well as a conducive platform, not only to educate the young and youth of the country but also to prepare themselves in order to shape up their future in a manner which make them successful in their respective life and career and make them responsible citizens of this country.
Under the dynamic and visionary leadership of Dr. Asad Imam, Millia Educational Trust has done a commendable work by initiating and imparting school education, college education as well as professional and vocational education in the entire region.
It is the visionary leadership that has initiated and set up various educational and training institutions over a period of time to fulfill the growing and felt need and demand of the young and youth of the region.
All established institutions have played a significant and admirable role in transforming the young and future generations by transforming them from ignorance to insight and awareness, from shades of educational backwardness to light of education and accomplishments and all these have contributed in social and economic advancements and achievements of the youth and society as a whole.
